The capers of Pantelleria in its various conservations is at the heart of
our production along with a wide range of selected raw materials, including
grapes, raisins, cherry tomatoes, dried tomatoes, oregano, and other typical
products of our land.
All our products are processed without preservatives, dyes or chemical
additives and are therefore unchanged all their organoleptic characteristics
and especially aromatic and the famous Passito of Pantelleria.
The control of all the machining processes ensures the maximum safety of
genuineness of our food.
