Sales conditions

IOur customers enjoy the Right of Withdrawal. Article 5 of Legislative Decree No 22 May 1999 185 permits, in fact, to return the product within ten days of receipt after transmission by fax or e-mail. The right of withdrawal only applies to goods intact. The product must be returned in original packaging. Under law, the cost of shipping on the return of goods purchased must be paid by the customer. The shipment, up to the certificate of receipt of our Office, is under the full responsibility of the customer.
